Key Responsibilities
- Recruit contractors and assemblers
- Cook with installers to drive top Customer Satisfaction results
- Proactive communication and timely resolution for escalated repairs or service calls
- Manage warehouse personnel for efficient order preparation and staging
- Conduct occasional vendor site visits to represent the brand
- Afford inventory control procedures such as purchasing, warehouse safety, and inventory adjustments
- Fosters a goal-motivated environment, strive for continuous improvement, and strong teamwork
Required Skills
- Exceptional Customer service
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred Requirements
- 4+ years of installation / relevant construction building materials experience
