Assistant Terminal Manager

About the role

We are hiring an Assistant Terminal Manager at Airgas, located in Mebane, NC (AMG) - Bulk cryo logistics. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and manage drivers and mechanics.
• Manage PM operations and ensure liquid distribution costs comply with company budgets and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, NFPA, state, and local regulations.
• Follow established policies and procedures for vehicle management, reporting systems, and maintenance controls.
• Implement behavior shaping techniques to achieve company objectives.
• Schedule and organize driver training activities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of operations management experience supervising a staff.
• Knowledge of Daily Vehicle Inspection Reports.

Preferred Qualifications

• College Degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of operations management experience supervising a staff.
