Assistant Team Leader - Assembly Department

Responsibilities

• Complete orders on-time
• Point person for assigned areas to maintain production
• Backfill TL while out
• Meet all cell based measures
• Involvement in continuous improvement efforts
• Provide customer service to internal and external customers
• Read and utilize BPCS to know how to complete shop orders and open orders
• Know how to work on feet for a minimum of 8 hours per day/5 days per week
• Pay attention to quality, safety, and detail work at a continuous pace
• Work with minimal supervision
• Lead, delegate, communicate, and participate in CI/Lean projects

Requirements

• Good hand/eye coordination
• Above average attention to detail
• Comfortable in public presentations and training others
• Comfortable in BPCS and Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Previous leadership/training experience preferred
