Our purpose is simple: to be the best part of our guests’ day. We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Assistant Team Lead to help elevate the guest experience and support daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Drive the Sales Floor: Master and model the proven 5-step sales method. Confidently sell memberships, upgrade services, and actively coach Spa Consultants to hit peak performance.
- Master Operations: Keep the business running flawlessly by assisting with staff scheduling, inventory management, supply orders, and daily financial goals.
- Curate the Aesthetic: Ensure the facility remains in pristine, luxury condition, overseeing everything from immaculate spa cleanliness to essential equipment upkeep and safety standards.
- Set the Standard: Act as the ultimate brand ambassador. Oversee opening and closing procedures, champion the culture, and guarantee a world-class guest experience during every single interaction.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven, numbers-driven success in sales, retail, or hospitality management.
- Full-Time Commitment: Open availability to dedicate a full 40 hours per week to the salon, including essential weekend and evening coverage.
- Drive: Highly organized, fiercely self-motivated, and ready to take absolute ownership of the floor.
- Tech-Savvy: Fully proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
Qualifications
Competitive Base: The position starts at a competitive $18 per hour, with a guaranteed clear path to $20 per hour within the first year.
Lucrative Bonuses: Elevate the paycheck with an additional $1 to $4 per hour through a transparent sales bonus program.
Total Earning Potential: With regular tips averaging $100 per month and bonuses, expect to drive earnings to $22 to $25 or more per hour.
