Description
Mercy Cares for Kids is a day care program offering a stimulating environment for children from infancy through pre-kindergarten age. The program aims to foster confidence and social, physical, and cognitive development through interactions with peers, adults, and their surroundings. It also introduces children to music and the creative arts.
What You Will Do
- We employ professional staff who work collaboratively to provide quality care, promote social growth, physical development, and cognitive skill development.
- We introduce children to music and the creative arts.
What You Will Need
- Must have a High School diploma or GED.
- Preferred CDA certification or an Associates degree in early childhood.
- Previous experience working with infants through pre-k age children.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $16.70 - $24.20 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
