Description

Mercy Cares for Kids is a day care program that offers a stimulating environment for children to develop confidence through peer interaction, adult guidance, and exploration of their physical surroundings. The program aims to support social growth, physical development, and cognitive skill development, while also introducing children to music and the creative arts.

What You Will Do

• We employ professional staff who work collaboratively to provide quality care, social growth, physical development, and cognitive skill development.
• We introduce children to music and the creative arts.

What You Will Need

• Must have a High School diploma/GED.
• Prior experience working with infants through pre-k age children is preferred.
• A CDA certification or an Associates degree in early childhood is preferred.

Requirements

Pay

The pay range is $16.70 - $24.20 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
