Assistant Teacher - Full Time

About the role

The Goddard School in Rochester, MI is seeking assistant teachers to join our team. Positions are available for infants, toddlers, or preschoolers in a full day childcare and preschool environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging activities based on children's interests
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children's progress
• Work collaboratively with other teachers to develop a curriculum
• Adhere to strict health and safety guidelines
• Engage with other infant, toddler, and preschool teachers to grow professionally

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children in a childcare setting preferred
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
• Positive attitude and ability to work with children of various ages
