Assistant Teacher - Early Childhood Center (Pre-Kindergarten)

About the role

The Assistant Teacher at the Early Childhood Center is responsible for supporting the lead teacher in creating a nurturing and educational environment for pre-kindergarten students.

Responsibilities

• Assist in lesson planning and implementation
• Support students' social, emotional, and academic development
• Participate in daily classroom activities and routines
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
• Valid California Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting (CARN) certificate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
