About the role

Beverly Montessori School is seeking a full-time Assistant Teacher to join our early childhood team. Our fully accredited Montessori school, serving children ages 3–6, is looking for a caring, dependable individual who enjoys working with young children and is eager to contribute to a respectful, joyful learning community.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Teacher in maintaining a nurturing Montessori classroom
• Assist children with daily routines
• Help prepare and care for the Montessori environment
• Foster children's independence and confidence

Requirements

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude
• Genuine love of working with children
• Experience in an early childhood setting is preferred
• Montessori experience is a plus but not required
