Assistant Teacher

Main Job Responsibilities

• Aid the lead teacher with classroom management.
• Implement age-appropriate activities to promote emotional, social, cognitive, creative, and physical development.
• Create and maintain a clean, safe learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with families to ensure quality care for children.
• Perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
• Lift and carry up to 40 lbs. as required for the role.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous childcare experience.
• Ability to pass all background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 9am to 6pm.
