About the role

We are seeking a Childcare Assistant Teacher to join the Elkhorn South team at New Horizon Academy.

Responsibilities

• Work a flexible, part-time or full-time schedule, Monday-Friday between the hours of 6:30am-6:00pm
• Have a positive work ethic, and a team-centered attitude
• Be willing to learn and grow as an educator
• Enjoy working with children

Requirements

• Previous childcare experience preferred
• MUST be able to work a flexible, part-time or full-time schedule, Monday-Friday between the hours of 6:30am-6:00pm
• Meet or exceed state qualifications for the listed position
• Have previous experience in Early Childhood Education or related field of work
• Meet position qualification requirements as outlined by the state department guidelines
• Can satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations
• Can provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States
• Have the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations
• Have the ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff as well as to understand state licensing regulations and company policies

Pay

Hiring Bonus Eligible
Hourly Wage Range: $15.80 - $17.15/hr
