About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Supervisor / Lead Cleaner in Ashtabula County. This position involves assisting the Supervisor with managing a crew of multiple employees at various commercial cleaning accounts.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor with managing a crew of employees
• Fill in for the Supervisor during absences
• Train new employees
• Inspect buildings
• Deliver cleaning supplies
• Cover open positions by performing cleaning duties
• Travel to numerous locations each night

Requirements

• Clean criminal background
• Reliable transportation
