Roles & Responsibilities
- Follow and ensure company compliance with TWG Health and Safety Plan
- Manage and plan work with Construction Manager, General Superintendent and Foreman
- Cookordinate and communicate crew material needs to project engineers to ensure timely delivery
- Daily POD reporting to field office
- Plan the work – Be sure all required tools, materials, manpower etc. are lined up to support the work schedule
- Cookordinate with General Superintendent as required
- Provide field level input into schedule updates and three week look ahead
- Completion of timesheets for craft labor; manage and ensure accurate reporting and input of hours into appropriate time tracking application
- Understand expected productions and monitor progress daily
- Actively participate in the QA/QC process
- Ensure daily third-party inspection reports are completed and submitted daily or as required by owners and TWG policy
- Manage all aspects of the laydown yards to ensure smooth daily operations
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in utility scale solar or wind energy work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as with owners and vendors
- Detail oriented with the ability to efficiently analyze and organize significant amounts of information regarding plan specs, material deliveries and job site productivity
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Knowledge of safety and relevant OSHA requirements and regulations
- Ability to travel throughout New York State
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $110,000-$130,000 depending on experience
