Assistant Superintendent

Supervise and Manage

• Schedule and manage the workforce to meet daily and weekly project schedules.
• Plan work methods, materials, and equipment needs for assigned projects.
• Review and update daily work schedules with direct reports.
• Complete required company documents such as DRA, JHA, Weekly Jobsite Inspection sheets, timesheets, etc.
• Understand and support job set up activities based on project specifications.
• Coordinate with crews and local utility companies to identify hazardous areas.
• Work with internal equipment team to ensure proper equipment and material quantities.
• Forecast work schedules to identify potential issues and provide recommendations.
• Support and enforce strict adherence to safety and process controls.
• Supervise sub-contractor production and workforce.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience managing construction activities and labor staff.
• 3+ years’ of construction experience.
• Advanced knowledge of tool and equipment safety.
• Knowledge of construction methods and safety requirements.
• Organization and document control skills.

Pay

Salary range: USD $105,000.00/Yr. to USD $115,000.00/Yr.
