Ensure quality standards and acceptance criteria are understood; coordinate inspections and first-work-in-place reviews, document deficiencies and drive timely corrective action and rework prevention. Review contract and coordination documents, identify field conflicts, constructability issues, scope gaps, procurement risks and potential schedule impacts and lead routine issue resolution. Partner with the Superintendent and Construction Manager on field status, schedule updates, change conditions, cost impacts, procurement needs, owner communication and project risk mitigation.
