Assistant Superintendent

About the role
We're looking for an Assistant Superintendent who wants more than just another construction job. If you're organized, take pride in your work, enjoy solving problems, and want to grow into a Superintendent or Project Manager, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily subcontractor activities
- Assist with scheduling and maintaining project milestones
- Perform quality control inspections
- Ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with plans and specifications
- Coordinate inspections and maintain project documentation
- Utilize Procore for daily reports, photos, RFIs, and punch lists
- Help maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, architects, designers, and subcontractors
- Identify issues before they become problems and help develop solutions
Requirements
- 5-10 years of construction experience
- Experience in residential construction (custom home or remodel experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and building systems
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software is a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Pay
