Responsibilities
- Minimum of 3+ years of construction experience
- Strong leadership characteristics and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer proficiency
- Advanced understanding of construction scheduling and cost control
- Knowledge of local trades preferred
- Experience in light industrial preferred but not required
