Responsibilities
- Assist Project Superintendent in planning, directing, and coordinating the daily activities for all Mechanical trades on large construction projects.
- Has the ultimate responsibility for project safety, meeting the construction schedule, and labor productivity.
- Direct and coordinate onsite personnel and subcontractors in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
- Plan, coordinate, assign, and direct work.
- Appraise performance, reward, and discipline employees.
- Address and resolve problems, questions, and concerns.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Mechanical Construction Management is preferred.
- Experience: Knowledge of Virtual Construction practices as well as 3D Models, Spooling and Fabrication.
- Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and other applications as needed.
