Job Details
We’re seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join our field operations team. This role supports overall site management, working closely with the Superintendent to coordinate subcontractors, track schedules, ensure jobsite safety, and maintain quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with daily site supervision and coordination of all trades
- Making sure progress is made to maintain project schedules and budgets
- Supporting safety compliance and documentation
- Managing material deliveries and jobsite organization
- Communicating effectively with project managers, owners, and field personnel
Qualifications
- 2+ years of construction field experience or a degree in Construction Management
- A strong understanding of construction sequencing and safety practices
- Proficiency with project management and scheduling software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive mindset with a desire to grow into a Superintendent role
