Responsibilities
- Strong leadership and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced understanding of construction scheduling and cost control
- Knowledge of local trades preferred
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of construction experience
- Strong computer proficiency
- Experience in light industrial preferred but not required
Pay
$75,000 - $115,000 per year
