Assistant Superintendent

Job Summary

Supports Superintendent in planning, coordination, and execution of all field electrical construction activities on mission-critical projects. Plays a key part in ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards. Requires strong technical knowledge, leadership capability, and the ability to exercise independent judgement in a fast-paced data center construction environment.

Qualifications

- HS Diploma/GED - Technical or construction-related degree preferred. - Valid Electrical License on Journeyman or Master level preferred. - 5 to 8 years recent electrical construction experience with 1 to 3 years experience in lead or supervisory role. - Experience supporting data center or mission-critical projects strongly preferred. - Working knowledge of critical power systems and redundancy concepts (N, N+1, 2N). - Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and BIM coordination documents. - OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain - Proficient computer skills with experience utilizing Outlook, MS Office (EXCEL/WORD). - Valid motor vehicle operator’s license. - Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check and MVR check, and as applicable drug testing.
