Assistant Superintendent

Come join our team! CRM Rental Management, Inc. is currently seeking an Assistant Superintendent for our Mariner Towers Apartments in Buffalo, NY. As we continue to grow and expand, we are excited to welcome new talent to our team!

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition of the entire property
• Assist in leading and supervising the maintenance team
• Maintain relationships with team members, residents, suppliers, vendors, and professionals servicing the company or property
• Diagnose and perform all minor, major, and routine maintenance
• Handle inventory
• Ensure preventative maintenance and safety protocols are established and met
• Report to the Superintendent and Regional Director of Maintenance

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years full-time maintenance experience
• Ability to supervise, teach, and motivate a team
• Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, painting, and various appliances
• Willingness to perform required tasks and to learn and grow
• Confident, positive attitude; good communication skills; ability to interact with a wide range of people
