The Golf Club at Lansdowne is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join our dynamic team. Located in scenic Loudoun County, VA, we are a premier private club with over 700 members and three championship courses. We are committed to sustainability and offer opportunities for professional growth and tournament support.
Responsibilities
- Daily course maintenance and playability enhancements
- Team leadership – training, developing, and managing staff
- Moisture management & turf health strategies
- Cultural practices and pesticide/fertilizer applications
- Project management – contributing to future capital improvements
Requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Turfgrass Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in golf course maintenance or related field
- Knowledge of golf course management practices and agronomic principles
- Experience with irrigation systems and pest/disease management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in golf course management software and technology
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of sustainable golf course management practices

$75,000 - $80,000 annually
