Assistant STUNT Coach (COACH AST 3)

About the role

The position involves assisting in all aspects of an NCAA Division I STUNT program, including student recruitment, scheduling, team travel, scouting opponents, practice planning, assisting with summer camps and clinics, and program administration.

Requirements

Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations, knowledge of STUNT rules and strategies, ability to interact effectively with students, and ability to learn complex policies and procedures regarding academic eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training with a college-level program.
• High School OR Collegiate coaching OR playing experience in the sport of STUNT.
• Knowledge of the rules and strategies of STUNT, including teaching techniques, STUNT game routines, format and procedures, coaching strategies, and safety measures.
• Ability to interact effectively and establish cooperative working relationships with UC Davis student/athletes, coaching colleagues, department staff, and other persons from diverse backgrounds.
