• Engage and inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals.
• Provide support and motivation to help participants build confidence and self-esteem.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and inclusive environment.

Requirements

• Passion for fitness and a commitment to helping others achieve their best selves.
• Experience in coaching, teaching, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate others.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Knowledge of music and its impact on physical activity.
