Responsibilities

• Guide participants through a powerful mind and body experience using the BOX TO THE BEAT methodology.
• Encourage and inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals.
• Work closely with the coaching staff to provide a high-energy, motivating environment.
• Support the overall mission of BoxUnion to build better boxers and better people.

Requirements

• Passion for fitness and a love for boxing.
• Outgoing personality and ability to motivate others.
• Experience working with diverse groups of individuals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in fitness or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of music theory and its impact on exercise.
