Assistant Studio Manager - Lithia
About the role
The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) works closely with the Studio Manager to ensure the front of the house operations run smoothly. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic-duo, a positive influence to the ultimate studio dream team, and someone who can represent the Orangetheory brand.
Responsibilities
- Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
- Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”
- Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasks
- Giving studio tours
- Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
- Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
- Following up on prospective clients
- Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
- Participating in marketing and outreach events
- Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
Requirements
Every day will be different, but you’ll be representing the Orangetheory brand as you share the science of this workout you want everyone to love as much as you do. You should have:
- A passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals
- A positive attitude and ability to interact with a wide range of people
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Qualifications
While not required, prior experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred. Additionally, familiarity with the Orangetheory Fitness program and its philosophy is beneficial.
