About the role
We're seeking a Full Time Assistant Studio Manager to join our award-winning, top-performing lash studio. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, hardworking, and possess sales/customer service/previous management experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and train the team to exceed salon expectations
- Lead by example to create a friendly environment for guests
- Answer phone calls, book appointments, and greet guests enthusiastically
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
- Prepare guest records for services
- Participate in special events to promote the studio
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon and public areas
- Set and enforce high standards of quality service
- Problem-solve and communicate professionally with team members and guests
- Aid the general manager with social media uploads
Requirements
- A passion for managing, training, and teaching
- A desire for a long-term, profitable, and stable career as a manager
- A strong work ethic, punctuality, dependability, and self-motivation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A professional appearance
- Social media experience a plus
