Job Summary The Assistant Studio Manager partners with the Studio Manager to model Perspire's mission, vision, and values. As part of the leadership team, you will motivate the team to reach studio goals, keep operations running smoothly, and ensure every guest leaves feeling better than when they arrived. You will support four core areas (team, member, inventory, and facility management), with a focus on membership sales and an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities Help implement standard operating procedures and hold Membership Sales Associates and Studio Assistants to daily expectationsAssist with training, coaching, and developing team membersServe as liaison between the Studio Manager and team, and communicate updates, offerings, events, and protocols in the Studio Manager's absenceLead by example in membership sales, measured by conversion rate and sales performanceStay visible and engaged with guests, delivering hospitable, consistent, and courteous serviceResolve guest complaints and membership issues professionallyEducate guests on the science and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and red light therapy, and the value of membershipEnsure front desk systems are followed, including check-ins, phone inquiries, consent forms, tours, delinquent accounts, and new membership agreements (Mindbody experience a plus)Handle weekly and monthly inventory purchasing and processingConduct and document daily and weekly studio inspections to ensure equipment and facility standards are met Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsResults-driven and motivated to meet or exceed sales targetsAbility to lead and influence othersCalm, helpful approach to customer service and problem resolutionNo-job-is-too-small attitudePassion for health and wellnessPositive attitude and personal accountabilityStrong collaboration, organization, and prioritization skillsAvailability for varied shifts, including evenings and weekends This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
