About the role:
Perspire Austin Southwest has been open and thriving since August 2023. The owners wish to concentrate on expanding to new studios and want to hand off day-to-day operations to an Assistant Studio Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Hire and maintain productive and reliable team by cultivating relationships and leading by example
- Maintain strong Membership Sales (measured by conversion percentage and revenue goals)
- Ensure guests receive hospitable, consistent, accessible and courteous service
- Aid with social media marketing and local B2B opportunities
- Mindbody Software experience is a plus!
Requirements:
- Management: 1 years
- Sales: 2 years
- Fitness Manager, Spa Manager, Assistant Manager, and Gym Sales experience may make you a great fit

Qualifications:

Pay:

Schedule:
This is an hourly position and the Assistant Studio Manager is expected to work as many as 30-35 hours per week with at the studio. Weekend shifts are needed at least twice per month.
