Responsibilities
- Previous management experience is required.
- Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff.
- Working a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week.
- Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends).
- Tracking studio budget.
- Addressing day-to-day maintenance needs.
- Processing payroll.
- Oversee inventory.
- Work 4-5 Front Desk shifts.
- Lots of cleaning - all day every day!
- Lead Teacher Trainings.
- Lead and manager teachers and front desk staff.
Qualifications
- A 200-hour RYT certificate.
- Required to teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin).
