Responsibilities

• Supports studio operations and profitability under the Owner
• Assists in the development, training, and support of the Sales Team and Coaches
• Achieves top-tier performance metrics including revenue, inventory, cost controls, and facilities maintenance
• Attends and listens to all Corporate Webinars
• Sets and maintains necessary staffing levels to meet studio demand within budget
• Holds weekly or monthly staff meetings and meetings with Sales Team and Coaches
• Plans and promotes special events monthly
• Ensures facility cleanliness, maintenance, and operational soundness
• Works towards overall studio management

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Customer Service experience with proven results
• 1-2 years of Sales experience in boutique fitness or related industry
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, with 3+ years of management experience
• Minimum experience operating revenue of $500,000 or higher annually

Compensation

$3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
