About the Role

The Assistant Studio Manager supports studio operations, drives membership sales, and delivers high-quality 1:1 BODY20® EMS sessions. This is a hybrid leadership, sales and coaching role — perfect for someone who loves fitness, building relationships, and growing a business.

What You’ll Do

• Drive personal membership sales by conducting in-studio sales consultations
• Manage the sales funnel by making calls, text messages & emails to leads to book them for in-studio demonstration workouts
• Deliver safe, effective, and personalized 1-on-1 BODY20® coaching sessions for members when required
• Build strong client relationships and ensure an exceptional in-studio experience
• Support local marketing events and grassroots lead generation efforts
• Help maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and equipment standards
• Aid in other areas of studio operations to grow the business

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in fitness, sales, coaching, or studio operations.
• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent (optional, but preferred).
• Energetic, team-oriented, sales-driven, and passionate about helping people succeed.

Compensation

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule

Part-time initially, potential transition to full time
