Assistant Store Manager - Zales - Parkway Place
About the role
Zales is seeking dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to join their team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will have the opportunity to positively impact many lives. Your responsibilities will include assisting the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit goals, fostering a culture of customer satisfaction, and developing the skills and product knowledge of your team members through training and evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team member standards to achieve sales and profit projections
- Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction
- Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation
- Recruit and select team members
- Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures
- Perform other operational and strategic duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer
- Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
- Availability to work days, nights, and weekends

Skills
