Assistant Store Manager - Zales Outlet - Portofino Shopping Center
About the role
We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Zales Outlet. This role will have a significant impact on the lives of many customers and team members.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections
- Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction
- Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation
- Recruit and select team members
- Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures
- Perform other operational and strategic duties
Requirements
- At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer
- Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
- Availability to work days, nights, and weekends
