Responsibilities
- Aid the Store Manager in achieving daily sales and profit targets
- Ensure team members meet and exceed performance standards
- Develop and enhance the product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation
- Recruit and select new team members
- Enforce and follow all company policies and procedures
- Perform other operational and strategic duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least one year of retail experience, preferably in a jeweler or specialty retailer setting
- Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with software and hardware
- Ability to interpret and follow instructions in various forms
- Availability to work days, nights, and weekends
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
