About the role
Join our team as a Marketing Specialist. This position is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and print materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals and objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Create and maintain marketing assets such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Analytics.
