Assistant Store Manager Visual Merchandising , Fabletics (Del Amo Mall - Torrance, CA)

About the role

The Assistant Store Manager, Visual Merchandising at Fabletics is responsible for creating a unique and impactful shopping experience at the Fabletics retail stores. This role focuses on maintaining brand consistency and standards through merchandising and product management, collaborating with the Store Manager to enhance the employee environment, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between corporate direction and store-level execution
• Manage the visual impact by following and interpreting corporate direction while maintaining brand consistency
• Oversee product placement, fixture layouts, displays, and window installations for corporate floorsets
• Conduct in-store trainings to develop and elevate store talent
• Identify and address store deficiencies such as broken fixtures, mannequins, and other issues
• Own the physical merchandise inventory from delivery to return-to-work (RTW)
• Present and discuss visual successes and opportunities with corporate leadership
• Analyze inventory and communicate product needs to the Store/District Manager
• Track and react to business trends, ensuring the store meets or exceeds financial goals and payroll targets
• Partner with HQ teams to evaluate and implement corporate marketing, product, and visual merchandising initiatives

Qualifications & Physical Requirements

• Flexibility to work on and off peak hours including weekends and overnights
• Able to safely lift/move 50 lbs
• Comfortable with heights and climbing ladders
• Able to stand and stretch for extended periods of time

• Ability to understand and interpret merchandise presentation direction
• Strong strategic planning and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with an entrepreneurial disposition
• High level leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suites
