- Conduct Store Tours
- Review Front End Schedules
- Manage Store Community Relations Programs
- Manage Daily Operations of Grocery, Dairy, Frozen, HBC/GM, and Receiving Departments
- Ensure Training & Development of Associates
- Review Schedules of New Associates
- Manage Inventories, Gross Profit, Profitability, P&L and Cost Center Management
- Perform Inventory Control
- Manage Product Storage and Rotation
- Ensure Grocery Shelves, Cases, and Fixtures are Maintained, Cleaned, and Organized
- Manage Daily Operations of Meat, Seafood, Deli, Produce, Floral, and Bakery Departments
- Ensure Training & Development of Associates
- Review Schedules of New Associates
- Manage Inventories, Gross Profit, Profitability, P&L and Cost Center Management
- Perform Inventory Control
- Manage Product Storage and Rotation
- Ensure Grocery Shelves, Cases, and Fixtures are Maintained, Cleaned, and Organized
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business concentration, such as Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or others
- Prior work as an Assistant Store Manager and/or Store Manager in a nationally or regionally recognized grocery company and/or big box retail company
- Proficiency in scheduling, ordering, inventory, payroll, Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis, project management, and personnel management
- Knowledge of employment law, interview techniques, and general retail hiring practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills
Benefits
Salary range is between $64,800.00 - $81,000.00

Schedule
Staffers must be willing to work required hours, travel and take assignment within the regional business areas (Washington/Virginia/Maryland/Delaware)
