PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and orient new employees
- Evaluate employee performance and provide training
- Create and enforce work schedules
- Manage facility maintenance and security
- Supervise sales and inventory operations
- Handle customer complaints and disputes
EDUCATION
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Three to five years’ experience in a retail management position
- Working knowledge in areas of lawn and garden, agriculture, and animals (pets and livestock)
- Demonstrated customer service ability
- Experience multitasking and handling cash and credit card transactions
