About the role
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations including inventory management, stock rotation, and order fulfillment.
- Manage a team of associates to ensure they meet performance standards and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in store events and promotions to drive traffic and sales.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of retail management experience.
- Proven ability to manage a team and motivate employees.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills

Pay
$18.50 - $20.00 per hour based on experience.
Schedule
Monday through Saturday, with some evening and weekend shifts required.
