About the role

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations including inventory management, stock rotation, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Manage a team of store associates to ensure they are trained, motivated, and performing at their best.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to manage a team and motivate employees.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.

Pay
