About the role
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations including inventory management, stock rotation, and ordering processes.
- Manage a team of store associates to ensure they are trained, motivated, and performing at their best.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Participate in store events and community outreach programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience.
- Proven ability to manage a team and lead by example.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications

- Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
