Assistant Store Manager - Spirit

About the role

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. They are responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store ensuring maximum sales/profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager in the staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store
• Supports the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store
• Ensures maximum sales/profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services
• Develops staff
• Controls expenses
• Controls shrinkage
• Maintains all aspects of merchandising and inventory control

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement is 18
• Prior retail management experience is required
• Flexible schedule required

Qualifications

• Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures
• Lifting/moving up to 50 pounds may be required

Pay

Hourly rate ranges from $20.47 - $20.72 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
