Assistant Store Manager - Spirit

About the role

The position offers an hourly rate ranging from $16.75 - $17.25 per hour, contingent on qualifications and experience. Benefits include Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs and End of Season Premium Pay Program. All bonus and pay programs are subject to qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
• Supports the Store Manager in various tasks including Guest Services, staff development, expense control, shrinkage management, and inventory control.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
• A flexible schedule is required.
• Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience is required.

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
