About the role
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. They support the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.

- Ensures maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage.
- Develops and maintains Guest Services.
- Controls expenses and shrinkage.
- Manages inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
- Physical demands: In excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
