Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18
• Prior retail and/or management experience required

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Support the Store Manager in various tasks
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability
• Develop staff
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• All aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Physical demands: In excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Pay

Hourly rate ranges from $14.75 - $15.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
