Responsibilities

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. They support the Store Manager in the following tasks: developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control, all while adhering to company policies and procedures.
