About the role

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. They support the Store Manager in various tasks, including developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, merchandising, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store
• Develops staff to ensure maximum sales and profitability
• Controls expenses and shrinkage
• Merges merchandise and inventory control in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Prior retail and/or management experience is required
• Physical demands: In excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Pay

Hourly rate ranges from $17.15 to $17.40 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
