Responsibilities
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the following tasks: supporting staff development, controlling expenses and shrinkage, merchandising, and inventory control. They ensure maximum sales and profitability by adhering to all Company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18
- Prior retail and/or management experience required
Physical Demands
The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
